This 35km stretch of beach runs from Cape Schanck to Portsea and is a go to surf destination - attracting surfers all year round as well as a golf Mecca with a variety of world class designed golf courses at your doorstep.
Salt Bush offers everything you’re looking for in a relaxing holiday experience, whether it be a short stay for a relaxing weekend of high quality golf, wineries and bush walking - or extended beach holiday for the whole family.
This four bedroom, three bathroom home is nestled high amongst the moonah trees, overlooking the 15th hole of the St Andrews Beach Golf Course. It’s light-filled, relaxed and modern with timber floors throughout and a cosy wood burning fire for those cold summer /winter nights.
With a large, open-plan living/dinning space, the kitchen is a warm and inviting place for family and friends to gather. Plus a spacious, fully equipped rumpus/TV room downstairs to retreat to if so desired!
The home boasts two private entertaining decks on two levels. The top deck is complete with outdoor dinning table, outdoor lounges, BBQ and a Japanese bath to top it off for soaking in the tranquil views with a quiet sunset drink. It faces east/north east and as such is well protected from the prevailing southerly winds.
All you can hear is the sound of the rolling waves at night to serenade you to sleep.
With all of these creature comforts, and an eye for detail, this property awaits you for your Peninsula escape.

Summary: An unbelievably beautiful home with a relaxed, stylish vibe that was perfect for a 40th weekend with friends & family. The kitchen was fantastically well stocked & equipped. The coffee options pleased even the most discerning coffee drinker. The bedding was luxurious and all the little touches made this a truly unforgettable stay. We had another property cancel 48 hours out from the trip - Olivia saved the day at short notice and even provided a lovely gift to celebrate my wife’s 40th. The view was sensational. The photos do not do this accommodation justice - it is truly one of the best places we have EVER stayed. We cannot wait to come back!!

Summary: The purpose of our holiday was to celebrate an anniversary and to experience the Mornington Peninsula. Our hosts were extremely helpful with ideas for places to go and provided us with treats for our anniversary. We felt special. Saltbush is very well appointed....you couldn’t wish for a more welcoming and luxurious home.

Summary: A lovely, comfortable property with thoughtful touches for Christmas and a bottle of wine! The house is very well appointed and we were able to put on our family Christmas dinner without any problems. We had an issue with the dishwasher which was fixed within hours - excellent service.

Summary: I couldn’t recommend this beautiful home any more. The whole booking and check in process was very smooth, and the hosts were helpful and responsive. When we arrived we all felt that the photos don’t do it justice - this place has a truly spectacular view. Everything was clean and beautifully presented, and everything we needed was there in terms of kitchenware etc. The deck is just amazing - love the outdoor bath!!!
